When: As soon as possible, ideally around the ^20th-30th week of pregnancy
Description: It all starts with a 15-minute telephone conversation . The aim is to map out your needs & motivations (your daily life, your area, your due date) to find out how Katchoo can be useful for you. This is when we lay the foundations for our collaboration.
What you do: You share your expectations and questions.
What we do: We listen, advise and prepare a customized plan.

Step 2

The Startup Workshop (Boarding) – Equipping Your Home

When: Around the ^37th week of pregnancy
Description : We deliver your complete cloth diaper kit to your home. Delivery is scheduled at a time that suits you. We'll show you the equipment in detail (quality diapers & accessories, suitable bags) and check that everything is clear for a smooth take-off.
What you do: Welcome the kit. Learn how to handle them. Store them at home, as you wish.
What we do: We guide you step by step, live, to familiarize you with each layer & accessory. We take care of the logistics, plan the itinerary, anticipate the next steps and give final explanations.

Step 3

The Turnkey Service (Takeoff & Autopilot) – Bi-Weekly Service in Action

When: From birth
Description: This is the heart of the service. A simple, discreet & uninterrupted routine is established:
1. You use diapers.
2. Place them in the bag provided.
3. On agreed days (e.g. Tuesdays & Fridays). We replace the bag of soiled diapers with a bag of clean, ready-to-use diapers.
4. We wash and sterilize the diapers in our specialized laundry and prepare them for the next delivery.
5. This loop becomes your new standard of simplicity.
What you do: Almost nothing. Get out the diaper bag, and voilà!
What we do: We rigorously manage all operations.

Steps 1-2-3

Evolving Support (Your Flight Attendant at Your Service) – Ensuring Your Comfort On Board

Description : Your baby changes at his or her own pace, and the service follows. We anticipate and manage all adjustments: increasing/reducing quantities, changing to a larger size, reserving more suitable diapers for the night, adapting the collection schedule. If you're going on a trip, we can suspend the service to suit your needs.

What you do: You notify us of changes in your reality.

What we do: We ensure flexibility and continuity of service.
