“As a child, I grew up in an environment where it was normal to wash diapers and delegate tedious tasks. When I became a mother in Montreal, I realized that my urban and professional lifestyle made this model almost impossible to reproduce. Talking to other parents (often expats or international professionals with similar backgrounds), the same observation came up: a deep desire to reduce one’s impact, but a lack of time and infrastructure to do so in a practical way.

It was from this gap that Katchoo was born: not yet another new product to buy, but a service in its own right. A bridge between inherited ecological values and the realities of demanding modern life.”
